We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in manual and automated testing. 

This role is focused on designing and implementing tests that ensure quality and functionality of our products. 

Role overview 

• Develop and implement comprehensive test plans 
• Collaborate with the technical team to understand current goals and deliverables. 
• Conduct both manual and automated testing to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of the platform and chatbots. 
• Drive the integration of tests into our CI/CD workflows, ensuring continuous testing is an integral part of our SDLC. 
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and cognitive analysts, to ensure clear communication and understanding of testing objectives. 
• Participate in regular meetings to provide testing status updates and contribute to overall project discussions. 
• Implement and promote best QA practices within the technical team. 

• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to incorporate into our testing processes.

What you’ll need to be successful 

 As must-have: 

• 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance role, with a focus on both manual and automated testing of web-applications 
• 2+ years of experience in automating tests with at least one of the following languages: Python /Java/ JavaScript/ C# 
• Sound knowledge of test frameworks; preferably frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright 
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies, test planning, and testing practices in an agile environment 
• Experience with testing APIs (REST APIs, Postman, etc.)  
• Good SQL particularly PostgreSQL, demonstrating an ability to test data-driven applications. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of test automation into the pipeline 
• Experience with Data-related projects
• Fluent English 

As nice-to-have: 

• Understanding of AI/ML development life cycle 
• Experience with testing chatbots 
• Experience with TDD and BDD
